1.General terms:
- You need an account for all the activities on our platform. Upon registration and successful receipt of the payment, you can create a user id and password. You are advised to change the password immediately. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by sending email to support@successtocdcs.com or call us at +91 9849961798.
- When you enroll in a course, you get the access to videos/ Mock test/ online interactions as per subscribed package. Don’t try to transfer or resell courses in any way. We grant you the package for a period of one year starting from the date we receive the payment. No grace period after one year will be granted.
- You would not need the course details for more than one year. However, in the event if you need the subscription beyond one year, then you need to purchase the course online once again based on the listing price in the web page.
- You will be allowed to access the videos/Mock tests only in two devices per subscription.
- You are not allowed to share or resell or transfer your subscription to anyone. Once the course is subscribed, only he or she is allowed access to videos/Mock test.
- In the event if management of Successtocdcs.com comes to know any illegal transfer, or sharing or reselling of the subscription, then your subscription will be cancelled with one email notice to the subscriber. No refund will be entertained.
- • In the event if the subscriber unknowingly shares the user id and password or has knowledge that his user id and password has been compromised, it would be the responsibility of the subscriber to inform the management of the Successtocdcs.com by sending email at support@successtocdcs.com or call +919849961798 immediately.
- You can only use this course for lawful purposes. We can ban your account for repeated or major offenses. If you think someone is infringing your copyright on our platform, let us know.
- We own the website, present or future apps and services, and things like our logos, API, code, documents and content created by us. You can’t tamper with those or use them without authorization.
2.Payment terms:
- When you make a payment online (using Credit card/Debit card/net banking), you agree to use a valid payment method (preferred method of payment).

- If the payment is made other than preferred method, then email should be sent to Info@ successtocdcs.com with the registration ID, email ID, phone number and bank transaction ID and date.
- Access to your subscription will be given only after successful payment using above methods. Immediate access would be provided if the payment is made online (preferred method). It would take minimum of 7 working days to give access if the payment method is other than online payment.
- If your online payment or any other payment method was not successful, you agree that Successtocdcs is not responsible for any damages or claims. It would be the responsibility of the subscriber to reach out to respective bank for clarification.
- In the event, if SuccesstoCDCS are charged by bank any penalty or interest whatsoever on account of wrong usage of payment facility, SuccesstoCDCS has full right to charge this back to the subscribers. Those debit note/credit note/invoices will be due for payment immediately.
- You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. We work with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.
- When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within ten (10) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

3.Refund & Cancellation:

Cancellation policy:
- We can cancel your order if a request is made within 48 hours of placing the order. The request has to be made at info@successtocdc.com using your email ID and Phone number used during registration or by calling us on +91 9849961798.
- Should there be any bank charges for refund or forex charges in case of overseas payment, those would be adjusted from the fund received before releasing the refund.

Refund policy:
- No refund will be provided after 48 hours of placing the order.

Refund will be processed if it meets both the conditions below:
- If the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and
- A refund request will be deemed valid only it is made through an email to info@ successtocdcs.com.
- Request for refund email should contain name, registration ID, date of payment, course subscribed and valid Bank account details (Bank account number/Account Type (Savings/current)/ Account name/Bank and branch/IFSC code).
- Refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receipt of funds.
4.IT technical support:
In the event you are facing any IT technical issue to view the video or run the mock test, please send us an email describing the issue to support@successtocdcs.com or call us at +91 9849961798 Our backend IT technical team will reach you out as soon as possible to resolve your issue.
5.Disclaimers
It may happen that our platform is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site. It may also happen that we encounter security issues. These are just examples. You accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of these types of cases where things don’t work out right. In legal, more complete language,
the Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the content, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that you will obtain specific results from use of the courses. Your use of the content is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
6.Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal dispute, you accept that the jurisdiction will be Hyderabad, Telangana.
7.Indemnification
If you behave in a way that gets us in legal trouble, we may exercise legal recourse against you. You agree to indemnify, defend (if we so request), and hold harmless “SuccesstoCDCS”, from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the contents. Your indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
